You can walk to class
The houses sit 3–5 minutes from Hankuk Univ. of Foreign Studies, Hoegi or Sinimun station, and campus is a short walk from there. No morning bus queue, and you can walk home after a late class.

Because we run several houses here, a full house does not mean leaving the area — another room is usually five minutes away, the same distance from campus.
Your monthly cost is fixed in advance
A KRW 2,000,000 deposit and a fixed utility fee (100,000 for a multi-unit house, 120,000 for an apartment). Electricity, gas, water, internet, the water purifier and regular cleaning are all inside that fee.

How far is the HUFS main gate?
It varies by house, but the Hankuk Univ. of Foreign Studies station houses are a 3 minute walk from the station and campus is under 5 minutes from there. The exact address is shared once your viewing is confirmed.
Can I stay for a single semester?
Long-term contracts are the default, and shorter stays can be arranged. A short-term contract adds KRW 50,000 to the monthly rent.
Do you accept international students?
Yes. We answer in English, and deposits can be returned to a Korean account or by PayPal. Many residents in this neighbourhood are HUFS and Kyung Hee students.
Can I see the room before deciding?
Yes. Viewings run from 10am to 7pm, and you can see several houses in this neighbourhood in one visit.
