No. Our houses are women only.
How many people share a house?
Four to five residents per house.
Do I need to buy furniture?
No. Bed, desk, wardrobe, fridge, washer, air conditioning, water purifier and Wi-Fi are already there.
Do utilities go up in summer?
No. They are flat. Only in December, January and February a 50,000 won heating charge is added.
How long is the contract?
Long-term is standard, and we can discuss a shorter stay depending on the season.
Can foreign residents move in?
Yes. If you do not use KakaoTalk you can talk to us in your browser instead.
