Move-in Guide

Our homes are women-only. This applies to both Korean and international residents.

Rent depends on the house and room type. The website shows discounted prices based on a 12-month contract, and 6-month contracts may differ. Rent is paid monthly in advance.

The monthly fee includes electricity, gas, water, internet, water purifier, regular cleaning, shared supplies, and basic repair support.A KRW 50,000 winter heating surcharge applies only for December–February.

During peak seasons, the minimum stay is usually 6 months. Shorter stays may be possible in off-season periods. Discounts may apply for 12-month contracts.

A bed, desk, closet, and AC are provided in the room. Shared spaces include a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and water purifier. Please prepare bedding and personal toiletries.

It depends on the location, but most homes have around 4 to 5 residents. Bedrooms are private, and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared.

Yes. Tours are usually available from 10 AM to 7 PM. Send us your preferred area and date through KakaoTalk.

Yes. International residents can apply if they meet the house conditions. English communication is available.

Send photos or videos through KakaoTalk. We will check and guide the next steps. Urgent issues such as boiler or plumbing problems are prioritized.

Please notify us at least 2 months before the contract end date. The deposit is usually returned within 7 days after move-out and inspection.
