Cost & contract
Who can move in?
Women under 34. Foreign residents are welcome under the same condition, and we support English.
Is there a broker fee?
No. Gomgom Share consults with you directly, so there is no extra broker fee.
How much is the deposit?
2,000,000 KRW for both single and double rooms. After move-out and settlement, it is refunded to your own bank account within 7 days.
What's included in the management fee?
Electricity, gas, water, internet, water purifier, 1–2 cleanings a month, shared supplies (tissue, detergent, etc.), and repairs. It is separate from rent: 100,000 KRW for villas, 120,000 KRW for apartments/officetels per month.
When is rent due, and what does the listed price mean?
Rent is paid in advance on the 1st of each month. Prices shown on the site are the discounted long-term rate.
What's the minimum contract length?
Long-term contracts get the discounted rate. Shorter stays may be possible depending on the situation — just ask. Under 1 month is not available.
Room & options
What furniture and appliances are included?
Bed, desk, closet, air conditioner, washer, fridge, microwave, and water purifier come standard. Please bring your own bedding, toiletries, and groceries.
Is there WiFi?
Yes — internet is included in the management fee and ready from move-in day.
Can I choose between a single and a double room?
We run both. Tell us which you prefer and we'll check what's available.
Tour & move-in
Can I see the room first (tour)?
Yes. Message us on KakaoTalk with your preferred time (10am–7pm) and we'll arrange a tour.
When do I get the exact address?
For safety, the exact address is shared after your tour is confirmed. Before that we'll guide you on the area and neighborhood.
When can I move in?
We'll guide you to rooms available now or coming up soon. Move-in is usually done between 1pm and 8pm.
Living & move-out
Smoking, pets, or visitors?
Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed, and outside visitors or overnight stays are generally not permitted.
How is cleaning handled?
Shared areas rotate on a resident chore schedule, plus 1–2 professional cleanings a month included in the fee. Your own room is yours to keep tidy.
What if something breaks?
Send a photo or video of the problem on KakaoTalk. The manager will check and guide the next step.
How does move-out work?
Let us know at least 2 months before your contract ends (otherwise it auto-renews). Move out by 11am on the end date; a 30,000 KRW move-out fee applies.
